MASTERFLEX-L |
| Flexographic printing press |
|
|
|
In-line. At speed |
In-line manufacture - printing and die-cutting in a single pass - is very productive, making it possible to produce finished packaging, just in time, and to remove intermediate stocks. |
| The new MASTERFLEX-L printing press reasserts the advantages that made the reputation of the model: |
- vacuum transport with drive rollers
- fixed, modular, print units with internal operator access for change-over while the press runs
- independent drive, allowing the correction of print length
- motorized correction of bias.
|
| The MASTERFLEX-L offers several innovations: |
- a high speed belt feed which allows the correction of the sheet edge position to ensure the first color is correctly positioned
- this feeder does not utilize a two roller system, meaning that the board is not crushed and so is kept intact
- an inking system with entirely automatic wash-up brings very significant savings in both ink and water
- robotized change of anilox without operator intervention.
